My vehicle has gone into limp mode with the EFI Tuner installedUpdated 2 months ago

To help us look troubleshoot this problem, it's important to complete the below checks - 

Check that the injector cables from the Tuner are securely connected
If the cables are loose, remove them and connect them again tightly. 

While checking the injector cables, disconnect them and see if any pins on the connectors are bent or damaged
If they are, you can find the cables as spare parts by clicking here

If the Tuner is connected securely and the cable connectors are not damaged, follow onto the next step.

With the EFI Tuner connected, lower all settings to 0%
Check if the vehicle goes into limp mode. If the vehicle still goes into limp mode, disconnect the Tuner unit from the cable and try again. If the vehicle does not go into limp mode when the settings are set to 0%, please send an email to [email protected] with this information.

If you have completed these steps and the vehicle still goes into limp mode, send an email to [email protected] with your order number if it was ordered from RJWC Powersports directly, or the receipt / invoice if it was purchased from a dealer.
